 Don't judge people in single meeting

Once upon a time an elderly man, he has 4 sons. One day he asked them to go to a far village to see an old tree and come back. 

The first son went in winter season. Second son went in rainy season. Third son went in summer season. By the time fourth son went the tree was in a different form.

Made them all sit at a place and asked them what they saw.

"The tree is not looking nice at all, it is bending down" said the first son.

"The tree was completely of leaves. I cannot say how beautiful it was" said the second son. 

"The tree was completely of flowers. I cannot say how beautiful it was" said the third son. And the fourth son said - "the whole tree was of fruits, a few fell down I ate them" he said. 

The father with them "yes you all are correct because you all went in different seasons. It is different in different seasons. Altogether that is a tree. But you should see it in a particular season and decide what kind of a tree it is, the same way you should judge people by seeing them only once or twice. Knowing, learning this all the sons were happy.
